How To Rebuild Calipers?

I am going to be rebuilding my calipers soon and was wondering if anyone knows how to do this? What tools would I need and what is usually the process and if it is hard or not?

Its not to difficult to do, there are a couple of parts to deal with.piston, seal,
and dust boot. Use brake fluid as a lubricant when installing all the parts. And brake clean can be used to clean the casting/piston. You can use a VERY fine sand paper/steel wool to clean any rust build up on the piston/inside the caliper. It may be easier to just buy rebuilt calipers. I normally install a rebuilt one cause it saves time for our customers

well where can I get decent calipers at a decent price? Autozone wants $100 per caliper. $40 for the caliper and like $52 for the core. Where do you recommend going? And the ones from autozone can only be ordered online

Heh.pm or post ............. We stock the calipers loaded for our cars. I think we have two sets in stock. I can check the price but im sure the shipping would be hefty.

87MugenProCR-X is an unknown quantity at this point
I think it would be better to just rebuild them yourself, itll cost about 20 bucks for both rebuild kits and itll onlyt ake you a short time to do. I think the only problem you might run into is getting the piston out of the caliper. On mine for the fronts i used an air gun to pop them out. Also your probably going to have to replace all your brake fluid also.
