i have a Cobra ESD-9220 WX. i got it two years ago so i'm sure there is an upgraded version from cobra. and now it's only $90, it was $140 when i got it. (i only paid $70 for it brand new though )
oh yeah, it also has a weather chanel so when you switch the weather function on it tells you all the weather information in your area.

I've heard bad things about cobra, but I have no experience with them... BEL is good tho, and has a big range of prices. http://www.beltronics.com/
