Sorry i did it again with my auto
i'm sorry guys i'm an idiot, but tonight i was taking my g/f home and i was at a light and this integra ....i wanna say gsr....pulls up wiht a cuople of guys in it and they start u know revin and doin stupid s***. and it had an AEM sticker and had exhaust and it was a manual.....i am so stupid. but anyways i couldnt pass it up. so the light turned green, i floored it and spun my tires for prolly a whole second before i relaly took off and we were off. i had him in MY first gear. i was actually starting to pull ahead in second but as my second gear was about to switch to 3rd he was shifting into prolly 4th already and he slowly moved up then passed me. i gave it a try but what can i say, its just to much fun and such a rush.
p.s....i'm just giving a story i dont need any pity or anything i dont seek pity from the internet. i'm am wondering what may have happend if that guy did have an auto like me. would it really have mattered.

i think he wants pity for losing...he wants someone to tell him it's okay and that other's have also been spanked by gsr's and that he's not the only one that sucks at driving...that's basically what he wants to hear...especially when he says he realizes that he's an idiot..i mean, who says that? either be proud of what you did, or don't do it at all in the first place...if you feel bad about it, then don't write it in these forums for forum police to read it...
well just to let u know, i spank gsr's like nothing....on the straight, around a bend....now the type-r is a different story....

im not sure if they made integra gsr's in manual? but if his car were an auto too, he still would've passed you, but just not as much. probably take 1-2 car length from your loss... try to imagine.
btw, if your gonna race with someone in your car, ask for permission because not only your life is behind your hands, but your gf/friends/family/etc.

who in therie right mind buys an auto to begin with, my mechanic will swap that piece out for ya for $800 including parts. don't race with an auto civic, raceing with a 7th gen is hard enough.

If he was in a GSR it he was only shifting into 3rd when your auto tranny was shifting into 3rd. What road was it on??? Don't worry about posting stupid **** that is all any of use ever post on track street strip. You are getting flamed because you are new and made a post that begged of flaming. You will learn. I will hold off on the flaming because you are from T town so you can't be all that bad
It could have been and he may not have really wished to race at first. Think about it any manual would own from the start GSR or LS. He said that he had the car until his auto shifted into third so around 60mph. It may have been a GSR that was not really trying to race until he saw that hotrod was going to go and then he played catch up and owned that is how it is done in T town
