Does anyone know the set spring rate on the gc coilovers for the01+ civics?

I dont know but its pretty damn soft.. I had them and I was bouncing all over the place. Worst suspension i've ever had. I think a member by the name of civichx01 got stiffer rear springs and it helped out alot.

i used to have em, and i didnt think it was that bad, they ride good with some better shocks, some koni yellows or tokikos....
