New Rear Camber Kit
I was doing some research (goofing off at work), and I came across this rear camber kit for the 2001 civic. It was hard finding a shop that sold them and of all places, a domestic car shop in San Jose, CA. You should be able to order them from your local tire shop.
They cost $60.00 for the rear each compared to Ingalls $109.00 each or Eibach $145.00 each. The fronts cost me $20.00 each.
