My stock spoiler n trunk are getting spots
It looks as if though it never had the UV coat put on it to cause this not to happen. I feel the dealership should pay for these to get replaced. Question is, do you think they will?

I'd take it to the dealership and ask them. Or instead of asking, TELL them you want it fixed--especially if it's still under warranty. They'll either do it or they won't, but you won't know until you drive over there and talk to them. If they deny your request, then you can make a big scene and hope they'll do what you want just to get you off their backs--that's what usually works for people I know.
