silicone...
the clear head light DIY requires silicone, and saids kitchen clear.. well.. i couldn't find kitchen clear, they were all bright white or white, i got General Electronics Windows Clear silicone, is that still okay for the headlights?

Rep Power: 0 Should be good enough....just make sure the Silicone you get is not LATEX based...that stuff take about 2 weeks to cure.....If it does not smell like vinnegar when you use it you have the wrong stuff.....if you want more of the black stuff ( called " bear $hit" in the industry) go to a shop that installs automotive windows and ask for some of the sealant they use...it comes in strips and is pretty much the same stuff

Rep Power: 0 Go to AutoZone or Pep Boys and get the clear silicone...there is a brand called No. 7....that's the best, it comes in a white tube. It has good heat resistance, and is crystal clear and it's not runny at all. Just don't go banging someone's wife...: ) HA HA....I like to kid around.
