Apartment Information

Does anyone know anything about Crystal Springs Apartments out in Avondale/Goodyear? Good, bad, indifferent. It looks like I may be moving there at the end of the month, just wanted to know if anyone knew anything?

Yeah my parents have a 2nd house in goodyear. I would have a tuff time buying a house in Phoenix unless you had a job you were going to not be leaving for awhile and had been there for awhile. Plus with the valley down there you could end up finding a better job on the other side of the valley and be forced to drive since you had your house versus a Apartment. But a house there would sell better then houses here and make cash too versus good old Oregon.
