This post is for you (to all that apply) to tell me whats happening is normal when your gf/bf moves in with you...

1) I have a place I like all my things...no more. Now my things are moved or just plain gone.

2) There is now a scented candle and two bowls of potpourri smellin up the place

3) The towels in the bathrooms match the rugs on the floor and shower curtain (yes, a shower curtain and a liner)

4)She just moved from flagstaff so guys night out took a backseat to 'date night'

5) My queen size bed is now 80% hers with 15% going to the cat...I get the rest

6) Video game time is whenever she's not home

7) there is a night light in the kitchen (should a 24 year old be afraid of the dark?)

I never thought I would be with 1 girl for longer than a couple romping sessions but things change right? just like all the stuff I mentioned and more to come Im sure.

Thats all I have for now...excuse my absence from the AZ forum. I will be posting more regularly from here out.

I dont know what to say, Im just starting to think about all the work I have to do around our house, since my girl doesnt like doing much. My girl doesnt even cook. Ive been with her 3.5 years, and Ive gotten about 3 or 4 meals. 2 from the last week. Sex, where do I begin on that. I wont even. She also hate my car, so I better not ever speak a word about it. I have 2 kids mon-fri night, until she gets home from work (when the kids were already picked up, fed, bathed, dressed, and ready for bed). She thinks I do nothing around the house. I clean the house, because I cant live in a pig-sty (sp). Shell come home every night and throw her **** all over the place. I ask her to clean, and she says, I just did Im like WTF?!?!?!? I just cleaned this house. I could go and go.

Ouch dude... tied cause of your kids huh?! Well... you might have to try different methods to get what you want. Do some research on personality types and there are some good ways to talk to certain types that get them to do what you want. May I ask what you and her do for work?

I am getting my real estate license, but work with my pops for now, She works at walmart portrait studio. I am stuck on getting another job right now, with what time I have, and what time I need to get the kids and ****. I havent been cleaning lately, and she started doing it a little more. Last weekend, I just did not help much at all with the kids. I had my time, cleaned garage, put lights up, washed car, put old stock intake on, I was busy. We are also in therapy. We have been before, but it was all set up to attack me. I started going first for my mothers sake, than my girl started coming. She would do individual sessions, and just lie like hell about me. THe therapist ended up hating me pretty much, and loving her innocent non drug using, do everything for me, perfect self. ::cough:: BS ::cough::. The new one says, she expects me to do like 300 times more than I am capable of to make her happy. My girl disagrees, but how many men, stay home, clean the house, bath the kids, change the diapers, as well as support the family (when the mother is still around every day). Like she doesnt expect anything from me. Im only 21, and she is 20. It sucks having kids young, ALWAYS WEAR CONDOMS, OR YOU WILL END UP IN A SITUATION LIKE ME!!! I love my kids to death though, and would do anything for them. Just very hard at this age. Sorry, Im venting.

We arent really tied because of the kids though, we do love each other, and Im sure I get on her nerves as well. We are working it out because we love each other very much. Staying together for kids is very wrong, and will do more damage to the kids than yourself.

We are not married luckily. There is no way I would marry her for the next 4 or 5 years. If we start getting along, we need that much positive relationship time, before I would marry her. We are hanging by a thread right now, thats the only reason I am willing to go to couples therapy. I hate therapy, my mom used to make me go to all these different therapists because I smoke pot. Now I hate it with a passion (therapy that is). Nobody should ever get married because you/your girl is pregnant, or you have kids. Thats messed up, wrong, wont work out, shouldnt do it. Thats why she is only my GF not my wife.

ROFL!!! You guys are cracking me up! This is mostly all true for most women. I seriously think that if you are in your twenties that you should not be in a serious relationship or in a live together relationship. Especially if you are 25 and under. Most are just simply not ready and all at those ages are going through constant changes and developement. The bottom line is it is all about compromises if you are in this situation. Very well said I won't have a GF under 25, I will just date and yep a lot of changes happening is so true. Like my picking up and moving out of Arizona. Too many of my buddies have fallen under 25 and its too late for them to change what they have done. But they say the same thing you said.

heh try a gf that lives with you at your parents house.. the only room i have and i have to share the whole thing which isnt big. I get the ok its time to goto bed.. wtf? no! i dont want to. She works 2 jobs and goes to school. I work in a shipyard 50 hours a week. time with my friends is almost not existant without her. I could kick her out but there are hardly any places to go. Her mom is crammed up with her mother and her daughter so i feel bad for making her have to go there.. and the worst is that she likes to leave stuff laying around.. i think that annoys me the most. that makes me want to start my own thread. thanks for the talk lol

Hehe well that is very true! Although I've learned even by 25 most dont know what they want, there are a few that do but for th most part... I agree with compromising but alot cant even make it past the basic more basic than that... communication, alot of problems are created and can be solved through better communication!

Alex, you are the exception to this general rule and mad props to you for it!

I truly feel that in your twenties (all 10 years of them) and more so for under 25 years of age that your only job is to figure out you, have fun with you (wrap up the boy while having fun!) and have no real serious relationships unless they are friendships. It is a general rule of thumb that is wise and of course only applies to most and not all.

Tommy-You so smart! Communication is extremely important in any relationship. Having a lack of it or a miscommunication is a lot of the time a real big problem in a relationship.

I find the most important thing to do is to drop all the bull and just reconnect with eachother (physically and emotionally) and to do that very often.

it really depends on the people..i have always been in a hurry as far as life is concerend, married at 20, done with college at 21, house at 22....now im not sure whats next...lol

i farted ON my wife more than a few times....its the funniest thing ever to me but she gets soooo pissed


i however refuse to belive that my wife poops. its impossible to imagine a beautiful woman dropping a big ol deuce. try to think of the most attractive person you can imagine taking a mean dumb and dumber type ****....just not possible.
