question about sidemarkers??

in the diy, it shows sidemarkers that SNAP into place..and have clips. the ones i have seen like from apc dont have anything to hold it..the guy said to use like glue or something?!?!?!? what kinds have the snaps...or if not, what should i use for a sidemarker..what are the good brands out there. i want a clear one, with clear bulbs...

someone on here used the sidemakers on the MB SLK. they looked pretty sharp and im more than sure MB would NOT use glue/gum on their cars.

mine were screw ins... and i used some clue to seal the metal.

You really want to cut holes in your car to put in these markers? Personally I think, not having the markers in the body, and their being built into the headlighs and tallights is an advancment and gives the car a much cleaner look.
