hmmmmmmmmm.....Sounds like it might work only cuz they didnt come out and say GAIN 15 hp lol like that tornado deal that saves u gas and gains up to 25 hp lol

not that I'm a sales person. but for 13 dollars what could it hurt to try it.I wasted 13 bills on way more stupid ****.

I wouldn't put something like that on my car.
And yeah omg. Drove a lancer oz and felt like it has 50hp. That's a horrible car! Even worse than the base Jetta I drove.

Don't you think if this worked every car coming off the production line would have one? If you could get a 12% increase in milage for virtually zero cost I'm pretty sure the engineers at Honda, Toyota, and GM would have figured this out by now. Also, check this out:
