So I have a profile on Monster and because of what I do with Oracle, SAP and my type of security clearance (NATO) I get alot of looks and sometimes some very interesting offers. Most are usually contract positions which pay real large but I want the job security first before I go on my own and become a consultant.
Anyway - Saturday I get a call from Kineticom (in LA) and then Monday from Modis (also in LA).
Anyone heard of these clowns? They're both offering sick money but I like to do my homework before I work with anyone regardless of the $$.
peaceit.

True enough, I'll check into that.
I might also have a lead at Raytheon but I won't know that til Friday. I work with several military contractors with my present job so I've amassed a nice little address book...lol. I saw one of their buildings on the highway (interstate, Freeway...whatever) while heading to LAX.

I guess the bottom line is this....In Canada you can make crazy money with SAP skills... especially if you can design and implement systems with it.
I work for the Department of National Defense and it uses SAP across the board as does the rest of the federal government.
But really the money is in the US because SAP hasn't been there nearly as long as it has here. I want to get in somewhere that will pay well and hopefully hang out for a couple of years before I form my own company and start contracting myself out for at least twice what I would make as an employee....then you're bankin it.
