what headers should I get for my car that has the best sound and hp gain that are reasably priced.

Get the obx header off of ebay for like $170 that's with shipping, put the thing on and be set, headers, intakes, etc...Will not really do much for our civics, but make em sound cool...OBX ripped off kakikaze headers in design so you're about getting the same thing but for much less.

Actually, you only need one header. More then one header would be a waste of money Had to say it guys.

www.horsepowerfreaks.com has the hp header shorty and full race header. the shorty is on sale for 170 shipped i believe (cermiac).

as for gains, from what i read on these boards, their meant to increase your high end power. not sure if they rob your low/mid end like how intakes are. header(s) do make noise too but not as much as intake/hi flow cat/muffler. resonators are the key for noise..

i would look into hp or kamakazie header, heard DC was just similar as OEM.

i disagree, i personally think an hi flow cat will be the most "improved" bolt on for our cars. but most ppl wont risk or just dont want to run their cars catless or with an illegal piece so they wont get hassled with. but i think header would be more approval than intake/exhaust. but its still no rocket piece

yeah my friend yesterday in his civic hatch w/ b16 and high compression pistons went yesterday and guy at the emmissions place was into imports and asking about all the stuff he has done to his car, the he tells him he didn't pass and laughed at him
