I've searched and searched and can't find anything.
I'm boosting in march and the first thing i'm gonna do is upgrade the BOV that comes with the TSI kit that i'm leaning towards getting. I'm looking for something that goes PSSSSH rather than WWWWSSSHHHH. Here are my needs:
Something LOUD
Something with a nice sound reving at a stop
Pretty much i want something that'll get the word across to any dumb ricer that tries reving at me then.
I've looked at:
Greddy Type S
TurboXS RFL
Apexi' twin chamber
TurboXS type H
Blitz Super Sound
Of these, or any other one's out there, which do you believe is the best for what i'm looking for.
I hate how you can always read up on a BOV but never really get to hear what you might be buying

I use the mf2. People dont give it enough credit because people on this site have a problem with an extra injector. But for 6lbs it works great for me. It runs nice and rich. If you contact maxrev im sure you can opt for the mf2.

i have more expandablilty with TSI's fuel system. 2 extra injectors. With a better fuel pump and possibly a return line conversion i could up the boost nicely with some internals, but yeah, argh, boost noob, i'ma stay safe and stay under recommended specs til' i get either a built d17 longblock swap or who knows what else.

hks ssq is nice. Like a hard phwoosh sound with a little whistle mixed in..good stuff. Blitz BOV sounds hardcore though. Sounds like someone who ran out of water in their super soaker when you pumped it like 30 times.
doesnt the hks ssq sound more PSH.PSH.PSH.PSHHHHHH.... got some friends that have it and it sounds more like a machine gun PSH going off then at the end it has a long PSSSHHH sound...

Of kits your considering, quality and fitment: Max Rev > TSI
We now sell Max Rev D17 kits too.....The only D17 kit that we will probably sell once it's released is our kit.
