Work out on cardio for 35 minutes...hard core incline! I think next time I'll go on the thread mill full battle rattle, with a 45 lbs ruck sack and boots and do the incline for an hour. Uncle Sam is calling my **** back to the fockin dunnies to kill some fockin ragheads! Number 6...HERE I FOCKIN COME! Number 1-5 were destroyed by ME during the fockin WAR! HAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh yeah, by the way, does anyone want a home, business loan or any refinancing? I can do it.
