Energy Suspension motor mount inserts
Honestly the best mod for the cash. You can get them at summit racing and they are only $30. The install is not difficult at all may take 3hrs (.5 on the front mount and 2.5 on the rear mount). The rear is kind of hard to get on and off and takes patients, but it is well worth it. If you have a manual 7th gen this is a must due to the fact that it eliminates any and all wheelhop. The car does have a bit more vibration through the body especially in lower rmps, but the benifits more than make up for this. The engine just plain runs better and creates a mush tighter feeling to the entire car even handling. Due to the lack of engine movement I would expect to see an decrease of maybe 2hp lose between the crank in the wheels so +2hp, and even greater difference in tourqe (which every 7th gen can use). Go get yourself some you will not be disapointed you are more than welcome to PM me with install questions
I installed those a while back on my 01 civic. They work pretty good, except for the fact that your whole freakon car shakes. But thats the price you pay for performace =)
By the way does your hood rattle when you have your ac on and the cars at a idle? Mine does now.

There poly urathane motor mount inserts. You take your motor mounts out and slap the inserts into the opening of the motor mounts making the mount stiffer. This then makes engine vibration vibrate into the car. And also makes it help with wheel hop.
Also on mine, I had to trim the honda mount to get them to fit correctly.

you don,t have a shitty idel it actually idles better, however at the low rpms it vibrates the car more. They are not to bad to install the front is easy the rear I had to
1. unbolt the entire engine mount from the subframe
2. rotate it so I could get a wrench in to unbolt the bracket (part the hooks to the tranny) from the OEM dampener.
3. I was then able to fit both peices out to put in the insert
4. I then bolted the dampener piece back on to the subframe
5. then slid the bracket the conects to the tranny back in and on to the dampener and bolted everything back up
6. It was not to hard, but took a bit of patience to get everything out and then back in

How can you see a decrease in hp and tq from installing motor mounts?

Es mm insert aren't even bad .
Not much differences in idel, just slight more rattle.
Get them if you are looking to eliminate wheelhops and better responces.
I am using engine damper and they work just good as es motormounts.
But I havn't seen any engine damper for 7thgen coupe, sedans yet.
So get es motormounts, it's good mod.
