Tint Shop in San Antonio or Austin
I'm looking for a reputable shop in one of these areas that installs either Llumar or 3M. All I seem to run into is recommendations for "Mother's Tinting" that charges $99 for the whole car so it can't be a good quality film.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Mother's is a good shop...i had mine done up in San Angelo at Truck Outfitters, and after tax i paid $107.17 for Llumar, and that's with a lifetime warranty...tint is easy as hell to do if you have the proper tools (which shops do, of course), so they don't charge much...i say go for Mother's...good luck!
oh yeah...there's a couple shops down here in SA-town that'll do limo tint if you're interested...i know it's not exactly "legal" here in TX, but it looks great, so i'm about to do get it done...hit me up for more info if ya need it...later...

if you live in dallas, why are you going to get your tint done in SA or austin?
And I payed $150 for lumar tint and its 5% all the way around. Just cause it is cheap, doesnt mean its bad. Usually the lighter the tint, the cheaper. And 5% is the only way to go.

Streetglower, Dallas is hella expensive, $250 is the cheapest LLumar Platinum Plus quote that I've gotten. I'm in outside sales, the civic is my "company car", and I travel all around the state in it, so I can pretty much do it anywhere. Hell in the last month I've been in Galveston, New Orleans, Corpus Christi, South Padre, Austin, El Paso, Albuquerque, Tyler, and Pensacola. Anyhow, I'm heading to Austin and San Antonio for the next 3 weeks, so I figured I'd get it done there and expense it. The only problem is that I only have $2000 to expense a month, so I'm cheap on the extras that I charge the company.
By the way, being that I've been all around, I must say Houston has the hottest rides I've seen. I just don't understand how you can drive 18's on those shitty roads they have there.
USAFCUSHMAN, thanks for the imput, I'll hit up Truck Outfitters in San Angelo on the phone tomorrow and let you know what I decide. As for the limo, I'm out because sometimes I have to drive to Arizona and I've already had to cut my tint in front of the cop with a razorblade in lieu of a ticket. Thanks though.

Also lumar isnt the best tint out there. I used to have diamond nichrome tint and that **** was awesome. Paid about $300 for 5% all the way around, but well worth it. But I am sure there are shops in dallas that do it for less then $250.
Hell yea houston has pimp rides, it also has alot of shitty rides. Wait for the mexicans to come out on friday nights with there getto rigged cavaliers and what not.
