i think the guy that replied first in that post was right, except about the flight (#2).
hes right but uh, in real racecars that have the underbody panels, they can take flight... remember the mercedes that flew into the trees a couple years back?

I have a video of one of those crazy Mercedes(?) supercars taking off and doing a blackflip while still going forward and crashing. Scary stuff! 
So panels under the car can help generate downforce?
What's the one supercar that they claim generates so much downforce that at 150mph or something you could drive it on a track that goes upside down and it would still stick?

panels under the car make for less drag, but can create lift as seen in that benzo crash as well if the conditions are right... i think ive only seen the 2 benz's do that tho
from what i read formula 1 cars when they are tuned to the max downforce specs doing about 190 - 210 thay can produce 2gs + of downfoce, enough to stick on an upside down track,, at about 160 they are producing 1g without downforce they wouldny be able to stop or take any corner whatsoever
