I got pulled over at 3pm yesterday man. cop made me pop my hood he checked my rear lights and checked my tint. he says i was speeding in a school zone and at first he tried to accuse me of racing and i was like no way. he said he was going to ticket me on all my modifications but instead gave me a ticket for speeding in a school zone. Thats why I hate the stupid cops.

dont ya just hate that? i was on my way to school one day. and a cop pulled me over for speeding.. it was on a freeway and i had to signal my way to the off ramp and so he noticed that my tail lights were white. so when he got out of the car, he checked my head lights too. and told me i had to remove the covers that i had on my plates.. so i got cited for the lights. plate cover and speeding.. thats what you call a bummer....

max speed on ticket said 50 and he cited me at 61 man that cop was so mean to me like he wasnt even tryin to hear me. he cut me off while i was talkin. so i got mad and i started getting smart with him a little bit he pissed me off. that whole day i was using ever curse to describe a cop not that i take it back. he told me if i try to fight it then he is going to bring up all my modifications to the car. so i screwed i have to pay it.

i got a fcking speedin ticket today. i was going 55mph on a 40mph. I ask da officer if i could take traffice school even thoe i haven't pass da 18months and he said yes i can, i just have to take da 12hr one. Do u guys know anything about this???

LOL!! That sux . Never say never cuz that happened to my friend once when he said "I never gotten a ticket before and ive been driving for 6yrs" 2 months later he got 3 tickets in in 3 months!!!

thats what the officer who gave me my second ticket within 18 months told me too. but when i went to the courts to pay it off, i asked them and they said no. it only applies to truck drivers and commerical drivers or something like that. and so she said, no i couldnt take it twice within 18 months. so i was assed out..

you guys know u guys dont have to open your hood for the cops!!!!! if they have no search warrant for your car, then they cant ask you to pop your hood. And if they pop your hood without your permission, anything they find in the engine compartment, they canot site u for that, cause they unlawfully opened it!!!! read up on our laws, it helps to know this stuff!!!!!

its pretty much the same thing with a house! if they raid your house, without a search warrant, then anything illegal they find in the house, they can not use against u cause its "unlawful seizure". But say, for example, an officer asks you if he can come into your house, and you let him. That means he is legally in your house, so anything he finds that is illegal, he can get you for that, cause u gave him permission to go in..........

so remember, unless u give him permission to pop your trunk, or he has a search warrant for u and your car, then he cannot legally open your hood, and u dont have to pop it for him....
