This was dyno'd on an AUTO tranny, which ate power and asked for more. The power would have been much higher if it were a 5 speed.
Before Dezod Turbo: 103.7 WHP & 95 FT/LBS of WTQ SAE corrected (I/H/E)
AFTER DEZOD Turbo: 147 WHP & 167.8 FT/LBS of WTQ SAE corrected on 7.5 PSI in an AUTO on an 85 degree day in Buffalo, NY.
FAQ:
Will components be able to be bought seperatly?
Yes, some will like the intercooler or the manifold. The downpipe or charge piping however, will not be for resale.
What's in your fuel system?
4 brand new Honda OEM RSX Type S injectors. That's it!
Why did some of the other kit makers post high HP numbers?
There's may have been done on a 5 speed. Ours was done on an AUTO for various reasons. Now you know the bare minimum to expect from our quality kit with an AUTO and no additives.
What kind of testing was done on this kit?
Well, for starters....It was installed on a 2001 Honda Civic EX Auto transmission. Nothing internally modified on the engine. (No port, no polish, no bored out TB....The car for all comparitive reasons was bone stock) The kit is daily driven for street purposes. This ensures a stable kit that has everyday driveability, which most of us do under all traffic conditions including sitting in dead stand still traffic for 30 minutes or more.
The kit was also dyno tested to provide a clear and precise vision of the future power you will possess by purchasing our quality turbo kit.
What kind of brands are you using? Anything homemade or no-name like SF uses?
Just the downpipe, manifold & charge piping are homemade. Otherwise, all of the components are TOP KNOCH like: HKS, GReddy, Honda OEM, TiAL, Synapse Engineering, Turbonetics, Denso & Blitz...
It's done, why can't I buy one now?
We have been testing it for a little over 3000 miles now. We want sufficient testing under all conditions to be complete prior to release. We do not want to release a poorly tested kit with lots of errors and mishaps. Perfection takes time.
MORE Q & A to come later...........Post if you do not see any u need answered.

Homemade makes me worried lol. Also, I see your running an HKS FMIC with dual end tanks. You must have found a way to reroute (I'm assuming under or over =*( ) so can you explain the setup for the pipes. Can't wait to buy your kit man, simply b/c I own a auto and I know it was made for my car! Great job bro!

Could you post dimensions of the intercooler that you're planning on using?
Have you had any trouble with RSX injectors and idle or cold start, since you're not using anything else to control the fuel setup?
