It's a N|X bottle, a 2.5 LB one, I'll snap a pic for you guys. It's similar to the sneeky pete set up that I think N|X also makes, but its way to small, its for bikes mainly, but i've seen on it vics. I get like 4 FULL shots out of my custom setup

so you did this in your civic?? I hate to rain on your parade but I find it hard to believe ANYTHING in your post lol

what size shot are you running? 50, 75? and just a little FYI a stock gts dynos 150 - 160 and with I/E 165 - 175 at the wheels. I garauntee if you managed to find a celica putting down 180 - 190 whp that little nitrous setup wouldn't even help you a lil bit

was a funny story to read. next time you might wanna choose something a lil more believeable.

I launch my car alot different way from other people, but it works, hard, but it works really good.
hehe I showed this post to someone for a laugh and this line got my attention. Please explain to us your launch technique.

also just because I'm an a$$ please explain this comment?

"I hit second, and hit 2500 RPM and my window auto spray goes"
granted you're in a civic but I mean come on. you really fall below 2500 rpms shifting from 1st to 2nd?

you've got to have the most retarded civic in the world or you're the worst driver ever. OR you really have no clue what you're talking about and as I said before this whole post is a BS fairy tale

not sure if i can ask this here, but the k20 was mentioned, can you convert a automatic 7th gen to a manual when you do the k20. before you call me a moron, as i understand the k20 is a manual 6spd? and i think that if I were to save the cash to do the k20 swap (7-8grand? no idea how much something like that would run, just remember seeing the engine for like 6grand before), could the automatic civic be converted into a manual? or would that be even more work? i'm new to the import scene, so feel free to school me. thanks.

I love people like you, that think you know everyhing. GT's are 140 HP. Show me a stock GT any higer. As for the RPM question, my autospray (From MSD) goes on at 2500, which is about 200 lower from when I shift, so you might want to think about your "flame" before you post it. My guess is your thinking I droped to like 1000RPM or some dumb crap. Stop trying to defend your car, I can careless. My best friend owns a GTS.

Next! My launch thats funny to you. Well, for one little one, being used to my 500+ HP car, we do things a little differantly. I'll explain it to you, since your the smartest cat in the world. Before the drop, which is right before we go ma'am, I almost hit reline, completely let off the gas, release the clutch, then give it full throttle, and not letting the clutch slip like people do normally. This is how I do it in my mustang to hook better, and this is the way I do it in my civic.

Sorry to RAIN on your parade big guy. By the way, this is a civic site.

EDIT: To make you feel a little better, this also was less then a 1/4 mile, close to a 1/8th, not from a roll, then I would have gotten eaten by the GTS, if that's what your thinking from that prospetive, yes, your right.

Separate but related engines went into the GT and GT-S editions. The GT got a 140-horsepower 1.8-liter dual-overhead-cam 4-cylinder, teamed with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission. A 180-bhp 1.8-liter four with VVT-i variable-valve timing went into the GT-S, driving a six-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission.

WOW I guess you showed me huh?? maybe I should go away? If you been around here you'd already know thats not gonna happen.

let me break this down in little pieces so as you'll unerstand and hopefully have a better post next time.

"I love people like you"

Glad to know I still have fans No, I dont know EVERYTHING. i do however happen to know a thing or 2 about celicas my suggestion is before I utterly humiliate you, go do a search on my posts or talk to some of the other members here and you'll see why I have a little room to talk when it comes to celicas!

"As for the RPM question, my autospray (From MSD) goes on at 2500, which is about 200 lower from when I shift, so you might want to think about your "flame" before you post it. My guess is your thinking I droped to like 1000RPM or some dumb crap. "

an rpm window switch is very common and nothing special. I understand the way way it works and what rpm you "should" be landing at but the way you posted doesnt say that.

"which is about 200 lower from when I shift" landing at 2700 rpms isnt any better then 2500 when you should be at least 4K
if you dont want people thinkin you land under 2500 when you shift then perhaps you should learn to type correctly.

"Next! My launch thats funny to you. Well, for one little one, being used to my 500+ HP car,"
I highly doubt YOU own this car if it exists. also if it's a slushbox you wouldnt be launching the way you described

"Before the drop, which is right before we go ma'am, I almost hit reline, completely let off the gas, release the clutch, then give it full throttle, and not letting the clutch slip like people do normally"

luckily for you your car has about as much torque as a go cart. I'll assume you have 17 or 18 inch rims with a 40 - 45 height tire most likely at 35 psi.
launching like that would make you bog to no end. your car wouldnt have the power to properly pull out from the bog and it would result in the worst launch. OR the alternative you'd get on the throttle too soon and spin endlessly. If the race did happen either of these would be the cause of you getting taken off the line.

you should go check out the launch manual's me and my teamate created at the celica site. it explains the proper setup needed to pull off this style of launching correctly. on street tires launching my car in this fashion averaged me out to a 2.186 60' consistantly.

same technique with drag radials launching at 8400 rpms gets me 1.9's fairly consistently. (this would be in my celica gts BTW)

So, I highly doubt you launched effectively with your setup.

"GT's are 140 HP. Show me a stock GT any higer."

What's your point? stock civic EX is 127 and these are factory numbers to the crank. the whp of celica GT is usually around 115 - 120 stock. stock civic EX are around 105 + or - a few GT and the civic also weigh about the same so no luck for ya there.
=======from your profile======
AEM Racing Cold Air Intake with AEM Water Bypass Valve
2 Piece AEM Pullys
AEM Cam Gear
NGK Spark Plugs
Full Exhaust; (consists of)
HP Big Mouth Header
Custom 3 Inch High Flow Catalic Converter ---> dude, you have a civic this is gonna cost you power.
Custom 3 Inch B-Piping---> dude, you have a civic this is gonna cost you power.

Revolition Carbon Fiber Muffler
AEM Underdrive Pully
AEM Pully Set ----- How many times you gonna mention this ? I count 3

and cant forget my favorite "Tenzo R Monster Guage with Shift Light" your civic is such a high revin car it needs a 5" tach that probably shows 10K rpms lol

and your NAWZ isnt listed so answer my question. What size shot you running?

also have you ever even been to the track? if so what kinda times is your super civic running? and what kinda hp do you put to the wheels spraying? or have you ever even had it on a dyno?

you need to do a lil more homework it seems

I'll bring my slowvic to FL when the K20 is in. Then we can line up up and you can laugh at my launch.

No really you will, everone does (in YOUR import world) :|

^^ uh did you not read about the part where I mentioned I use the same technique only correctly?

also if you think I'm worried about a k20 swap you're crazy. you'll HAVE to boost it to come close to me since you wanna turn it into a pissing contest and all. I mean 13.4 on a N/A celica isnt very fast but once the new setup is dialed in and I start pullin high 12's still N/A I'll consider my car fast cause any street car running 12's or better is fast enough IMO

and you still didnt answer my questions!

if you're insinuating that I only like imports YOU'RE NUTS.

I got rid of my nova cause gas prices were too high and the celica is a nice reliable car. been through hell and gets beat on like a red headed step child. still runs better then new

I'm actually working on getting a 442 that I saw on the side of someones yard a few days ago they said they'd get back to me with a price that will make them sell it. I dont know what yea rthis one is but the body is in decent shape. (no motor) paint sux but eh. might be my new project car
