I'm thinking in swapin in a k20 with turbo on my 03 ex. I see a lot of peeps here have blown d17s.I want power yet I don't **** gold.I'm lookin to spend about 6 gs in all.if u have a blown d17 or k20 hit me up.I wanna know what they run like and stuff.

Alot of people here have turbo with no probs. The key is getting everything right and tuning the air/fuel. Most people who blow their engines don't have a good understanding of everything that needs to be done. You can't slap a turbo on and call it a day. And even if everything is done right, you should have some money in case something breaks or goes wrong.

i think when he said blown he meant boosted (blown=domestic talk for supercharged)... but if you do incorrectly BOOST your motor will get BLOWN... its all about that tuning... thats what's got me scared of turbo... im afraid that i'll get it all tuned up one day, the whether will change the next and POP... sucks to be poor AND stuck on the side of the highway.
