Rubens suggestion ownz all others, but I say get the brake kit, and if you ditch the lip kit, just get a smaller one like the type a front and sides so it still gives you the apperance of being lower.
IMHO, there is no need for a V-AFC or other "power" devices unless you have a K20 or turbo'd since its a D17 and not much getting out of that (watch hate mail flock to me) and save the money for the EVO you are trying to pick up.
