Ok guys, for those of you who know me, I finally managed to get my kit from SF after 6 months
. And somehow they have managed to deliver a complete kit without any damaged or faulty parts.
I got the kit picked up from SF through a friend who lives in CA and now the kit is with him. I dont plan to keep the kit anymore as I am selling my car and going for something else (5th Gen, B16/18, Internals, Turbo etc etc).
To cut the long story short I am putting up my kit for sale ONLY FOR A WEEK here. If it doesnt get sold during this time I going to get it shipped to Pakistan (where I am) and then sell it there as I need the money for my new project mentioned above. And now about the kit:
Its a Brand New SF turbo kit with all the upgrades,
-Stainless Steel Equal Length Manifold
-External Wastegate
-Alcohol Injection
-Alochol Pump and Tank
-Super 60 Turbo
The downpipe is for the EX (vtec version), Piping color is Red and the rest you can see in the pictures.
My asking price is $3900, thats what it costed me. What you would be saving on is the 6 months wait plus all the hassle of getting a kit from SF. However, if you have a decent offer throw it in. The kit is top quality and everything is complete. You can judge yourself from the pictures.

dude, do you realize what you have...that is an almost perfect sf kit...that thing is like gold...do you realize what we all would have done to get out kit like that the first time...if i were you i would keep it for all to see...hahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahaha
$3900 is way too much, after 18secquartermile sold his brand new SF kit with all the upgrades including boost controller, all necessary gauges, etc. and his kit was here for months. and he sold it for $1800. after that, it has been difficult to sell a SF kit for more than that. your gonna have to sell your kit for about $2400 if you really want to sell it. A swap w/ install costs about $7000. thats more than half for what your asking. sorry man, i hate to be the one to say this, but lower your price.

Guys I dont think $3900 is an unfair price for a kit of this quality. Read what other people (having experience with turbo kits and SF) are saying about this kit. And I already have offers above $3k. I am trying to get a price as close to my cost so that the loss is minimum. However if it doesnt work out here (USA), I am getting it shipped to Pakistan where I can easily sell it for this price or I just might keep it.
As far as 18sec's kit is concerned, it didnt had the steel equal length mani, this mod alone is for around $500. Neither did it had the external wastegate (another $250), the alcohol pump & tank ($150). And I am not sure but I read somewhere that the person who bought that kit had some complains or something was wrong (no offence though).
To be honest I am not even that keen on selling it coz I waited 6 whole months for this kit, the mental tension and hassle of dealing with SF, expensive long distance calls to SF and so on. It wasnt easy. Therefore, I am just gonna wait a few more days, if I dont get a good price, the kit is comin home!

C'mon, give this guy a break now. Don't low ball him on a prefect kit. Honestly Ahtasham, I'd just keep the kit and put it on the car. Like you mentioned, you did deal with all that hassle and delays for 6 MONTHS!

agreed, if i didnt have a kit id buy it for the $3900, thats not bad at all. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. if you people want to lowball and get a kit for less than $2K go on ebay and buy USED parts and deal with all that ****, until then dont low ball the guy. At least he's offering and trying to help people out, like he said, you pay and its yours...that simple
If i were you i would install the kit on your car and be happy with it. I go to pakistan sometimes, and trust me if you put it on a 7thgen there, you'll be the fastest in the whole country!!!

Used turbo kits do not have a market at all and if I where to get the kit I would replace the t3 with a t25.
so watch your damn mouth
A member here was asking 1800 for his kit awhile back, I dont see you offering any money and besides I can pick it up no shipping needed

I sold mine for 2500 and it was used and not running properly... 3900 for a kit that from what I can see is done up the right way is a fair value to say the least. If you consider that you are getting a kit that can be picked up right this moment and not having to wait months like some of the people on this board have you will understand. A lot of people don't have squat and they've been waiting for more than foue months. this is a deal for someone looking to boost and boost now.

This is actually one of the reasons I am selling the kit. But at the same time when I look at how much time I have spent waiting for this kit, and then how perfect the kit as turned out to be, I really cant decide what to do!!!

If he keeps the kit he will not get the support he needs for his D17. Hell I have pulled my damn car apart several times and I am only running 12psi. His friends with b18's turbod are making about 350whp and he at best will make 225whp. No comparison. Hell my CRX w/ b18 swap allmotor is almost as fast as my D17 turbo.

Guns I dont think you can get a steel mani in a $2k kit. Besides probably the time you got your kit, doing business with SF was easy. These days it almost next to impossible to get a decent kit within time. I dont need to throw the kit for a cheap offer, would rather put it in my car and have the ONLY boosted 7thgen in the country
Oh and by the way I too have the "cool little aluminum methonal tank for the injection kit."

^^^"ALL that to have a car that is slower than all your friends in PK"
Yeah thats why this ad is here. But I can sell it in Pakistan easily above $3500 as this would be the ONLY turbo kit for a 7th gen here. But my first preference is to sell the kit where it is (USA), that way I can save more time.
The kit is still up for sale, anyone interested let me know soon.

Like I mentioned when I sold mine... 18sec's kit was also brought up.... he let lowballers get to him.. No way in hell would I have sold mine for that price.. I ended up selling mine for just over 2700.. brand new.
I think 3500 would be a good price.. but 3900 is fair.
