Civic vs Mercedes SL 500
Yesterday around 11PM I was driving home on Route 59 (Illinois) and this silver SL500 keeps speeding up pass me then slowing down, the thing i thought was that he wanted to race me. So when ended up at the stop light the guy looks at me and grins, then he starts reving his engine. It looks like his car has dual aftermarket exhaust and had added a slick body kit with 18 or 19 inch wheels CHrome..Well, my car is like the sleeper type only a kaminari spoiler. But Vortech turbo in the engine bay with blow off valve aftermarket DC Header with a Magnaflow catback exhaust, NOS and more, well anyways he kept grinning and then the light turned green i and i press the gas about all the way, i burned him for maybe 4 car lengths then he catches up to my rear then blasts right pass me then i shift to 5 gear going about 85-90 mph and totally beat the guy, he had this weird expression on his face like he was going to puke, well i couldn't stop and talk to him cuz i had to turn into the highway.
hahahahaha ... this post makes me want to take a **** it's so funny
vortech doesn't make turbos for our cars, I think they only make supercharges for other cars
you can't have a dc header if you have a turbo
nos and turbo? hahahahahhaa
if you're shifting right, you should shift at much higher than 85-90

Rep Power: 0 soon as I saw the title of this thread, I thought to myself 'CIVIC GOT SMOKE" b/c I drove a SL500 at work today and all I gotta say is...ITS BY ME AND I'M BOOSTED on a measly 8psi...well I only could get it up to 40mph but up to 40mph, I cant hang....so to u my friend 
hey its a guy that works with me that is just like this dude that made up this story...he told me he has an eclipse with 3 TURBOS...well he just took one of them off and it runs 9's but its faster now with just 2 turbos...theres more to it...its hilarious but now I KINDA WANNA SLAP HIM AND SAY "SHUT DA F*UCK UP"...everytime I see him, HE'S GETTING DROPPED OFF at work...anyways sorry to jack your thread dude but this thread is worthless anyways lol

Um yeah.....I've driven and rode in a SL500 and it's fast as ****. There is no way to compare the cars.......just stop with the story. You beat him off the line cause he was prolly laughing his *** off as to what he was about to do to you. I'd look like i was gonna puke too from being hysterical. Later Noob.

What a fruit. I beat an S500 last night, and I only have intake/exhaust.
