Double DIN 03 Harness

Do they make a double din H/U harness for the 03 civics.. i need one for a tv in the top and a H/U in the bottom.. do u kno where i can get them for the cheapest price or just a place to find em caus ei called some stores and they said they dont have em???....thanx
