::Turbo Questions::
Hopefully i don't get flamed, but i have some questions regarding a turbo for my LX.
1.) What kind of turbo do you guys recommend? I did some research on SF and some people said that they aren't that great. Dezod is coming out with a new one?
2.) How much am I looking to spend for a complete kit, along with any extras that I might need?
3.) If I run at the normal PSI and not try to over-boost, will my car be reliable? This is my number one concern. I read some posts on how 7th gen members have blown head gaskets, extreme smoke coming from the their exhaust etc.
4.) Would I have to buy anything extra other than the parts that come with a turbo kit? like Boost controller, clutch, turbo timer etc?
5.) How long would i expect to wait for a SF turbo because i've seen that they have been on backorder or something?
Any Comments or Input would be helpful.
Thanks

1. Turbo - SF use T3 Super 60 (I think) it is great, if u are aiming for high power.
HKS has a manifold for T25 - lower hp, but quick spool.
2. $3500
3. Reliable - FI is not made this game, so the length of the engine is short. Remember though it is a Honda it should be able to last until 15x,xxx or more
4. You do need to change clutch soon or later. TT is recommand for keeping your turbo in good sharpe.
5. It is not in backorder. it is just they sux. expect about 6-12months.

if you had a choice to go with max rev, "extreme" kit from turbodiscounters, or SF, which would u get and why?
