Performance exhaust problem

I recently had a tsudo dual canister exhaust installed with 2 1/4 inch piping from meinekee. Now when I drive in the rain the exhaust always shakes and rattles and it only happens in the rain. I was reading other postings and I read that this is normal. On, I believe, 01 or 02 civics this even happened on stock echausts and they changed the piping to fix this. I wanted to find out how I could fix this problem. I already went back to the shop and I personally saw that all the welds were fine on the exhaust. I just can't stand this, not being able to drive confortably in the rain. Thanks.

Its normal man, mine does it with custom piping, and so does every other member on the site. There really isnt anything to fix it.

its not just custom piping. i had a dc tcs that did it all the time. someone on the board said that if you remove the heat shield that it would fix it, but i don't know if it will or not. it sucks.
