don't think it would be too hard. just take out the existing and put them back. only 2 i think.

one more question, does the piece that replaces the pocket come out easily, and is it colored acrylic, or painted abs (or similar material)? I was wondering cause I'd also have to paint that. This requires extending the existing wires correct?

I decided to do something different. I don't think anyone here has done this(what I'm going to do) as far as relocating the a/c controls go. Sorry man. omeone buy this though, it's a good deal.

It's the original console formed with fiberglass and bondo. The blue part is the original pocket with area from buttons cut out and formed with fiberglass and bondo.
