What are some good classical/orchestra songs
I am looking for classical or orchestra type songs (probablly from movies)that I can use to test the frequency range of my system...stuff like Clash of the Dualing Fate from Star Wars.

you could also try the remixed Star Wars theme pieces...some new ones came out, they suck but they have great range. If you're going for a more horn sound, go for anything by John Philip Sousa.

Jamiroquai is great!!!
But if your looking fopr some good classical stuff - try any of the movements of the Planets by composed by Gustav Holst - especially try Mars or Jupiter. Also try Suite in F - especially the 3rd movement (Song of the Blacksmith). If you're looking for some good Jazz look for anything by Stan Kenton and by the Kenton Band - great Bass Trombone!!! A really great song by the Kenton band is 23 degrees north 82 degrees west and Malaguena. I know a lot of classical since I do play in a classical ensemble as well as a Jazz ensemble - if you have any other questions or need some more suggestions such as good songs for certain types of frequency testing just PM me.

Just about any music that has been produced/mastered well will have a "full" frequency range of sounds.
Anyway, if what you are after is actually testing your system, you probably want various tones; or, if you want to have a little more fun, play the THX (I think it is) sound.
If you are just looking for dramatic, soundtrack-type pieces, I can't really help, as that is one of the genres I rarely listen to...

john williams in general. personally, i like pieces with brass, it's a sound that sounds like poop on lesser speakers. mozart's rondo alla turca is an awesome piece, actually almost anything performed by the canadian brass kicks butt. tchiachowski's 1812 overture (the whole 17 minutes of it) has about everything you could want in it high wise.
for jazz, louis armstrong, glen miller, hard to go wrong. tijuana brass with herb albert is also good. i admit my bias towards brass sounding music, chicago always has a special place for me :P

Sorry - I just saw this!
This CD is perfect to test the entire spectrum. You can find this on her website: Diane Bish "Great European Organs"
Pipe Organ
She plays works from Bach, Shumann, Haydn, Mozart, etc., and some of the bass pipes on those pipe organs are as big around as you are
My whole car shakes when she opens up all the stops and hits the loud pedal
