looks like shipping via ups will be about 9 dollars. Im not sure what the cup holder looks like in an 04 vp i have a 01 dx, if it is the same then im sure with a little bit of customizing you could put it in there quit snuggly. never thought about putting it there. wouldnt it be hard to see? let me know if you want it, i can have it out as soon as possible. thanks.
