My experience at Audio Heaven (worth the read)

After my girlfriend and I bought 2 new cars (new to us), we wanted to protect our investments with sercurity systems. I did the usual... sit with the phone book and get a quote from every shop. Then looked through the local web forums for advice on a reputable shop. Audio Heaven came up a few times. With all the good feedback, I sent the owner, Jeff Try, an e-mail which was promptly replied with prices that beat every quote I had gotten. After a few MSN conversations, we set up a time to have both cars done. Upon arival to his shop, we were greeted when we first stepped into the door with a smile and handshake. Jeff took the time to help us choose the right alarm to suit our needs and wasn't pushy to upsell us to a more expensive unit. During the install, he found that one unit was defective. Instead of having us come back another day, he upgraded it for a more than reasonable price . Looking under my dash you can see the install is clean, all wires are individually taped up black (harder for a thief to locate the main power wires) and the unit it nicely tucked away and hard to access. Both cars was left spotless and he also includes an inspection of all lights, wipers, horn ect... A couple days later, I noticed parts of my remote display had dimmed. He replaced it for me without question. The next day he followed up with me on MSN to make sure the alarms are working fine and to thank me for the business. I was so happy with the service that I purchased a third alarm for my moms car the next week. I highly reccommed Audio Heaven. Jeff takes pride in his work and stands behind his installs. He searches for the best deal and passes on the savings to his customers. It's hard to find curteous, prompt, profesional service, especially at the price! I live in Brampton, it was deffinately worth the 45-60min drive each way to Richmond Hill. Jeff will definately get my business again. Check them out. Http://www.audio-heaven.com. Chris.

Clarion alarm one way, paid $179.99+tax added an interrior siren for $20 or $25 extra. I got upgraded to a 2 way pager alarm for a bit more since one unit was defective. They also installed all or the features which the alarm offers. Some shops quoted me a basic install then extra to add features.
