look im gonna completely honest with you and not many people say it on this forum...i dunno why...maybe its the price and that i could understand but michelin tires are probally the best brand of tires on the market....pilot sports or even the hydroedges...i have the hydroedges and im saving up for the pilot cups...man they are soooo resistant to hydro-planning and they are sick wet or dry plus their tread life is nice and long even though i kill em ....only prob is they are $$$....115 mounted and balanced at costco....well worth it...if you dont get them get the TOYO T1-s tires...those are incredible...dont cheap out on tires....they are the only part of your car that touches the ground...i found out personally they make and break handling ....no matter how much money you spent for mods....the difference between a set of good and bad tires can be like night and day
I haven't had experience with any of those, but I have had
Nitto NT450(not bad, not great) wouldn't recommend them
Yokohama AVS ES100( my current tires) 280AA A These are really good tires so far. I would recommend you trying them.
The Avid H4S has a rating of 500 AA A So it looks like this is the best tire. Longest wear, best traction, and best temp rating.

I have the Yokohama Avid H4S and they are not loud at all. I like them a lot.
The ride is a lot quieter than with my old tires (Capitol Negotiator)

well I have the falken azenis on mine 205/50/15 and they grip really good, especially at the track but they are more like a drag radial and wear out a lot quicker because they are soft so I wouldn't suggest getting those if your not going to put them to use,if ya know what I mean.
My friend had the Nitto Neo Gen's on his old turbo'd protege and they were bad *** tires I say go with the Neo Gen's!!!

heres my 2 cents:
Falken fk-451's had em in 215*35*18, 245*35*18, 255*35*18 great tire, they do wear fast if you have more than 1* of neg. camber. and the are very loud when they start wearing out. great tire though, grabs hard, and stays nice and stiff when cornering or going through highway interchanges at 70mph. i would deff. recomend them
i had the Nitto 450 extreme performance, 215*35*18, did not like them at all, they had a verry soft side wall, and tended to track "unstraight" on the highways, ecspecially on I17 in the middle and slow lanes. the felt verry loose when i would try and turn hard. i would not recomend them.
I currently have the Nitto neo gen zr, 215*35*18, with about 1800 miles on em, so far they are great, they hold almost as hard as the Falken fk-451's did, there sidewalls are stiff but not as stiff as the falken. they are also a verrrrrrrry quite tire, i have been able to break them loose fairly easy when shifting realativly hard into seconde through a turn. i would deff. recomend them.
yoko prada spec II, verry loud tire, grabs well wet or dry, but i would recomend the neo gen over them.
Falken azenis 115, seems to be a promising tire, Falken told me that they grab just as hard as the 451, (accually better), have a sidewall about the same stiffness, and they are supposedly as quite as absolutly possible. i would have got them but the closest size to what i needed was a 215*40*18.
