Well Im screwed for a little while.... My GT17 turbo decided to fall apart on me... So i am in need of another T25 flange turbo. As I was looking at my turbo I saw some oil buildup. so I took it apart to clean it and well the turbo shaft bolt broke. and also the backing plate was bent..... Damn this sucks... anyone know where I could get a t25 turbo please let me know.

Damn man.. was this a new turbo? If so, might want to check/adjust your BOV (compressor surge) or maybe you had a plugged oil return?
You can check on getting the turbo rebuilt, that may be cheaper than a new turbo. A few places online do it, or the best bet is to find a diesel mechanic shop, Freightliner or Delco Diesel, they rebuild turbos all the time.

Rep Power: 0 kyle, i'll ask around and see what turbine can be replaced with the gt17. Im sorry again, i was told the turbo had 25,000 miles on it, i put about 400 driving it and had no problems what so ever. If i can find you a shaft bolt and plate in town i'll let ya know

Well my car is back on the road with an exhaust manifold. I plugged my oil lines and pulled out all my vacumm lines etc... I feel sooooo slow

^ive been looking at those ones also. How much power where you putting out with you're old turbo? How much do you think with the new one? It seems like an amazing price for a brand new turbo.
