Silent BOV and Alcohol Inj question
OK got the SF kit and the Turbo XS BOV. At first when I didn't have a boost controller I had to take it pretty easy on it to keep it at a modest psi level (5-6). Now that I have a MBC it doesn't make nearly as much sound if at all. Plus I've noticed my alcohol injection isn't going off at all either. I've put it in neutral with the e-brake on and revved it up and can see that it does open up but I'm wondering why it's so quiet now.
Also could I have burned out my pressure sensor for my alcohol injection, is that possible?

Your alcohol injection....if it works anything like aquamyst's system should engauge when you've already begun to build boost. So you wont be hearing it come on if you're sittin there with the car parked just revvin it. There could be a problem with the alcohol injection pump if you're not hearin it come on while you're driving/building boost. I wouldn't doubt it since SF uses a cheap alc. injection system.
Best bet? If you can't pinpoint what's going on, take it to someone who can.

u can't sit in neutral and rev it and build boost.........your car must be under a load to build boost. Everything is fine dude
