Did you install valve springs yourself?
I am planing to install s2000 valve springs on my engine and local shops wants $500-600 on valve springs install.

Back to the topic.
My guess would be 200-210whp with Good tuninig.

You should see almost 220 to the wheels. Of course with tuning.

I'm thinking 200 - 220 whp... Great mods! Do a dyno post some day, or tell us how you do at the track!

Mugen Comp = Mugen ECU? If so, say forget about it, along with the VAFCII and get yourself a K-PRO.

Also, supposedly the OEM rail flows better than the AEM rail, many people have been switching back to the OEM rail with their turbo setups.

whats so great about the k-pro, versus the mugen ecu versus the aem computer.......... i would assume the aem fuel rail isnt as good as jdm fuel rail, simply because jdm knows how werk it......... so now i have a lot of stuff to sell..........yikes

The K-PRO gives you the ability to actually tune the car based on what mods you have to extract maximum hp/tp. Mugen was tuned for the K20A, yes, but doesn't give you any range to adjust anything. The values are set so to say.

The K20A2/K20A have the same rail. Check out Clubrsx as to why people are switching back.

I just want to let you know that performance wise the k20a is unbeatable. I did the k20a2 swap and I dont think I have had more fun. Im not sure the exact power it will put out with the mods you have. I know mine puts out 200hp stock and with the mods I have im getting close to 230. But I havent had a chance to get it to a dyno. Let me know how the swap goes. Wanna see what it looks like. But yeah you should be putting out tons of power with the mods you have plus with the springs you gan raise your redline .

ok just to clear things up... What the motor is claimed at is not always the truth.... the reaosn I say that is because my Buddy has a 00 SI and before his turbo w/ 5k of N/A mods he dyno'ed at 135whp. and a stock SI is at 165hp stock. Now that he is Turbo'ed he is pushing well over 252WHP

Here were his mods N/A
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM EMS
JG Edelbrock Intake Manifold
JIC Magic Exhaust
RC 550cc injectors
AEM intake
Skunk2 Cam Gears
DC 4-1 Header

With this being said the best way to guess your HP is take 30% away from what it is at stock.

import: 99 si's are 160 crank hp

I don't think 30% is correct. Maybe 30 hp. Take a ferrari enzo ... 660 hp ... I don't think they're at 462 whp ...

i think the general rule for drivetrain loss is 18%

which makes sense on the k20a2 200hp x .18 = 36. 200-36 = 164, and thats about what they put down, give or take a horsepower or two.
