another one gone vertical
well i got me vertical door kit yesterday but i only got 1 done so far. i will have pics of the other one within the next couple days .
a lot more changes happening on wednesday so i will keep you posted

Rep Power: 0 Yeah the fin on the G5 sides does get in the way at times. My boy has the vertical doors w/the G5 sides, and I myself almost ****ed his fin up by closing the door down on them LOL. But yeah, you have stop at a certain point to get them to not hit the fin!

Oh and about the sides yeah I noticed my homeboy toolowcivic like blueboy said has trouble getting in and out without opening the doors up because of the clearance on the side skirts... About the install man take your time and adjust the $hit out of them man to make sure you get a good seal...

that place dayton for 999 is cheap 6 months ago the cheapest i found them was 1700 and 2100 for the kit and the solenoids to auto open it but they werent bolt on.
i was wonderin if you could tell us how difficult it was to do slappy cus i work on cars as my job and i know it can be a bitch sometimes to align and adjust doors perfect
and can the door open normal at all?

Rep Power: 289 well the door isnt aligned perfect yet but the install was pretty easy when i got the hang of it. i kinda used this link http://plaza.umin.ac.jp/~satoshi/mod01Oen.html as a guide cause i work better with pictures...haha
and the kit was a direct bolt on and came with all the stuff needed to extend the wires.
the doors barely open normal but if your small you could fit out no problem, its like parking in a tight parking spot and can only open your door a little.
The lip kit i bought off a member, im actually getting a tsunami bumper put on wednesday.

Rep Power: 0 Dang when did the prices go down so much? I thought that Vertical Doors, Inc. was the first and only ones that offered them and their prices are complete rip-offs! How is the quality of these different kits though? The price is awesome, hope they go down more too!
