yes you can lower it with no problems. Performance mods=Turbo or Swap nothing else man....our cars sucks
I just got some tein coilovers and I love the ride. As for the flywheel, not sure how much of a difference it would make in our cars. Also look into strut bars, they are not that expensive and can tighten up your body

Suspension mods for sure. X-brace, bars, coilovers. BIG difference. My car may be slow in a straight line, but I can out handle many faster cars.

Um... If you are looking for any type of performance, then Lose the 18s... Those things are slowing you down more then you Know.
as far as suspension, well, what would you like to do with the car? Autocross, Track Days? just street driven?
Each will have a different suspension and alignment setup.
If you want an increase in handling but dont want to lower the car (or change springs) Pick up a set of Koni Adjustible shocks. handling and Ride quality will improve.

Street use... Ok, Just about any of the "Coilovers" will do, example, Tein SS will give improved handling with pretty good ride quality. Or one of the many straight springs tied in whith some Koni Adjustible shocks will due just as well.
Other wise, I recomend getting an RSX's 19mm rear anti Roll bar, it will reduce alot of the understeer the stock suspension has, and getting a proper alignment will help alot too.
Its a matter of what your budget is and what you want more emphisis on, Handling or ride quality, because they tend to be mutually exclusive.

yeh guys, i would say buy whatever is cheap... cut your springs, buy some bolts from home depot and use some old crutches or something as strut bars, and get an intake because it will make your engine sound better. what is with you guys and being cheap-asses? he asked for performance upgrades and he gets replies like "suspension mods are much cheaper than horsepower mods." yeh, that's a viable reason to listen to

the best performance upgrade that really does anything is suspension.......
Nobody can afford an engine swap and turbo/supercharger ruin your engine....
The only engine performance upgrades that do anything substanial is an engine swap! Like the guys said i/h/e does very little except part out the $$$$$$$$
i went with suspenion and im tuning it for autocross or drifting. i have eibach springs and neuspeed upper strut bar and lower rear and lower xbrace, also upper rear strut bar and its pretty tight. im also sponsered for neuspeed and im going to be getting new springs and upper rear strut bar, and a rear sway bar. as far as power swap a b20 with a k2.0 head lots a power.
And Pimp I got the Juice

Intake-Make ur engin sound a lil better. And cat-back to let ur car breath a lil bit. Other than that Turbo! lol. I guess it depends on If u want top end 60-100 or 0-60. good luck
