When good plugs go bad
I was out late last night and was racing some local Germans when My gas light came on. Not thinking about it I put gas in my car not realizing that it was reguler. One race later when the **** gas got to the engine and combuted at 8PSI. I melted 3 plugs. I was using Denzo IK22's. Only one was left standing. Lucky for me all the parts burnt up and went out the exauhst. I got some new plugs but for future referance never use low octane gas with a turbo. I was stupid hope this saves some of you. The only thing left on the plugs is the center pin and the threads. On the bright side I did beat the SRT-4 and the turbo eclipse that I raced. Had them both by a car when things just shut down. Car shut off and I coasted to a stop.

What's everyone's highest octane available where they live? I understand that in Cali, it's only 91? I have 93 here, used to be 94 but Sunoco (5 min from my house) got rid of it. A haffners about 20 min from my house sells 110 octane race fuel lol.
