AF gauge goes bad?
I have an automete AF gauge, yes I know it's not the most accurate thing but it gets the job done for daily driving.
Lately I've noticed that the gauge will be working fine, but if i get on the engine and do a 2 min beat run, the af readings become way off. letting off the gas completely while still being in gear, and the af reads completely rich. after driving slow for a LONG time after that, it starts working fine again,
I've had this gauge since before the turbo and it just started doing this next week.

Easy way to test your meter - hook up a power supply to the O2 lead of the meter (with the O2 sensor disconnected). Put 0-1 volt to the meter, see if it works....

I will clean it and do the o2 test. I thinks it's the o2 sensor though, because it only fouls up after some heavy driving. What would be the best way to "clean" this thing up?

Go get some carb cleaner, I think it says that it is safe for o2 sensors. Spray the sensor, especially inside the tip, let all the nasty crap run out, and repeat until it's not dirty anymore. Then just let it dry and you're good to go.
