FS: Black housing + CATZ HID
Both HIDs and Housing are in excellent condition. They are both a little over 1/2 years old. If you are looking for a setup like this, don't pass up this opportunity (both housing and CATZ are hard to find nowadays). I am slow parting out what I can because I'm planning to purchase a new vehicle this summer.
Asking: $450 + shipping for the CATZ + Housing
CATZ H4 4300k
Black Housing (Ideal for HID kits because you have both horizontal and vertical beam adjusters. Stock only allows you to adjust the beam up and down.)

negative.. theres only one screw that adjusts up/down for stockies (even asked the dealership). My aftermarket ones have 2 screws for up/down/left/right (and you get a more even light pattern).
Well I can't argue your statements about the aftermarket housings since I have no experience with them.
But regarding the stock housing, there are 2 "gears" for adjustment!!!
I know this because I have HID's and adjusted my beam plenty of times.
Wait...reading your post again...I agree.
There only ONE screw to adjust up/down.
BUT there is a second screw that adjusts for left/right.
Have you checked your stock housings? It's weird for you to have only one screw.

Sorry, I'm not trying to argue with you.
Just want you to knwo that you were probably misinformed.
Bump for a great set of HID's
I have Bellof HID's (JDM parent company of Catz) and the kits are about the same. You'll be extremely satisfied.

Yeah.. weird, I only have 1 screw. That's why I had to resort to new housing.

they've been used for 7 months (still under 1 year warranty).
- 50 hour burn in period
- capsules last up to 3000 hours
generally, you won't need to replace the capsules for at least 3-4 years.

They are plug and play. Once you figure out where to mount the ballasts/ignitors, then connecting the plugs is a 'snap'.
I can also include a detailed DIY of my setup if you are interested.

i want to know if they are plug and play or if i am going to have to splice every wire in the harness and make my engine bay look like ****?
