Hey wassup...im sooo stoked...UCI and UCR called me and told me that if i pass stat 50 i will be automatically admitted into their school...UCR already sent me a letter congradulatin me of my acceptance there...now the only thing i have to do is pass stat 50 which is one of the hardest classes at PCC...blah...but yeah if i pass and get in...i will be buyin a house to whatever college i will be goin to...and will be lookin for roomates...so yeah..wish me luck...i still havent heard from a couple colleges like uc santa cruz, ucsb, and ucla...but yeah...so anywayz...who else has been admitted to colleges..and if so..which ones

yeah...wut im prob goin to do is buy a house...rent the rooms inside the house...just so that it covers the mortgage and at the same time gives me some extra cash to cover utilities and wut not...so at the end it will benefit me..plus in a sense its like an investment

i know its not an easy task thas y i been lookin into it for the last year...and we already narrowed down to which neighborhood its goin to be in...as far as roomates are concerned i already have 4 possible roomates who i know wont **** me over as far as payments are concerned cuz ive known all of them for over 4yrs...and besides in everycase u always ask for the first and last months payment upfront...so even if they do bail u cover urself and it gives u one months time to find a roomate

yup yup..irvine is near a bunch of areas where oc chicks hang out like, the block, spectrum, downtown disney, theres also newport...one hour away is san diego...and further down is mexico...lol
