There is a big thread above that says Warrenty Law that Saves your ***

man you can do whatever you want. If you slap a turbo on your car and you blow a rod, then they warrenty that. But if you put an intake on your car and your rear shocks blow then they have to warrenty that. They have to prove that the part caused the problem. If not do whatever. Put a radio in your car, you void your radio/speaker warrenty, put springs on your car, void your shock warrenty, got it? There is NO LIST OF THINGS YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO. Besides some dealers may be a$$holes about mods and others aren't. If they are, then complain to honda.
If you are worried about your warrenty that much then don't modify your car at all.

it basically all depends on the dealership, some wont touch it if you have a intake, others will, but now alot of honda dealerships are selling aftermarket parts, so I dont think it is a big concern.
The only way they can declare you out of warranty is if you used a non-Honda part and THAT PART caused the failure.
Also a good idea to shop for your local mod-friendly dealer; an intake/exhaust won't do anything to it unless the install got seriously buggered.

For the warrenty to not apply to the part broken, proof of the aftermarket part broke the part is needed. Other than that, they "should" hold to the warrenty. My honda dealer has no problem with the mods on my car. They only thing they said something about was my springs. But it only applied to my shocks.
