Volk TE-37 17" FINAL PRICE DROP $750 Firm

All four wheels have curb rash on it, but one has it pretty heavy. These are the cream of the crop wheels. They still have all the stickers on it, except for one. The stickers are kinda beat though. They are 4x100 with a +40 offset, so they will fit our civics. 17x7.5. Tires will need to be changed soon. I also have an extra set of the decals in black. I bought these for $30, but I will sell it for you for $20.

I'm in southern California and would like someone to pick it up, but I will ship it if the price is right. Make some offers. If you have a neuspeed strut bar, a 10 or 12 inch JL W6v2, or some decent amps, I'm up for trades. If you have a hookup price on audio equipment, I'll take off the difference from what I would pay in my local store that sells stuff on Ebay. The guy's name is IndoAudio. Price for wheels now is $750 and no lower.

Hit me with some prices fellas if it's too high. Tell me what sounds good to you and I'll think about it. Just remember though, this is the real deal. I can probably sell it higher on ebay, but willing to give a brother 7thgenner a better deal.

Pictures that I promised today. They look good. It feels good to actually get my hands on some real rims...haha. But white on silver...hmmm. I put it up next to my car and it didn't look bad. But if the price is right, I'll get rid of 'em. Rather have the money.

Tire 1

I removed the tire pictures because they are more worn down now then in the pictures. They are still on my car.

Tire 2: All are Visa 205/40 tires. They look kinda small on a 17x7.5 inch rim. I'd probably go 215 if I was to put on new tires.

I'll buy you stickers, would you pay a grand....haha. But serious, though. People are selling Volks for 1500 if they are in good condition. These wheels cost over 2 grand retail new.

So $1000 for scratched up wheels is not too shabby, meaning I chopped off around 400-500 bucks because of damage. You can get it fixed for less than 400 bucks.

Really??? I might get some info from you later about repolishing the wheels. Does repolishing mean touching up the paint and scratches? I'm still thinking of powdercoating the wheels black and putting a polished lip on it.

Thanks for the wish of luck.

in a nutshell repolishing is them sanding down the metal and buffing it so that its shiny .. LOL ... powdercoating would cost extra ... i think the place iscalled "tech-one"

A bump for old times sake...haha. This is an old thread and I decided to not powder coat the wheels anymore. I have a place that will powdercoat, polish the lip, and fix all the curb rash for around $420. I wanted to powdercoat it gloss black with a polished lip, but after looking at the recent magazine ads, that color will be played out soon and in my opinion, a powder coat job should look original and rare. I don't want to look like I fell in the trend. So here they are. I have pictures of them on my car in the "My Ride" section. I'm also selling Black Racing Pro N1.

There appears to be alot of curb rash, but it is mostly chipped paint. So the metal isn't damaged as much. If your a local, come by and check them out.

Seriously though, these wheels would be a deal for two types of people. One would be for someone who wants to have some JDM wheels and then do a custom job on it. It would be a waste to pay for brand new wheels then redo them imo. Two would be for track or race-heads who don't care about appearance as much as they do about weight, strength, and quality.

I'm also looking for trades if you have a 10 or 12 inch jl w6v2 or some decent amps. Or maybe a hookup price you can get me.

man ur never gonna sell them *****. i could get new rims (18's) for $900 with falken low profile tires. $800 w/same tires for 17's and the guy will balance them right there and put them on for me. in my eyes it's totally not worth it but i wish you get what u want. i'd fix'em up and keep'em if i were you or at lease do that b4 u sell'em cuz nobody wants to buy something that's all busted. anyways, i wish u the best.

You have never heard of Volk wheels by Rays? They are forged aluminum wheels, which means they are very strong and light. The wheels you are talking about are probably cast and weight around 19-20 pounds. These wheels weight about 16 pounds and are one of the most wanted wheels on the aftermarket. Look in every magazine and you'll notice usually these wheels are on the top race cars of Japan and on cars like the Skunk Si.

I will contact you Red.

Fixing the wrong weight I posted.
Wheelspecs.com shows the weight as 15.75 pounds.
Wheelweight.net shows the weight as 15 pounds.
