Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/grappling/wrestling Seminars DC, VA region
I dunno how many people are even interested but there will be a bunch of great seminars comin up soon in the DC/MD/VA area.
Royce Gracie (former UFC champ, current Pride fighter) will be doing a seminar in Alexandria I believe.
Royler Gracie (Abu Dhabi champion) will be doin a 2 day seminar down in VA beach probably at Lynx academy. We're tryin to get him to do a one day thing up at One Spirit in Reston, VA.
Luiz Palhares a 5th degree black belt under Rickson Gracie will be comin soon...not sure exactly.
Matt Lindland (UFC fighter, GrecoRoman wrestler) will be comin back to One spirit for a seminar...not sure if its one or two days. Lindland is awesome, if anybody likes wrestling please come. He will try to bring his teammate...Randy "the Natural" Couture. Randy is a Greco Roman Olympian. He beat Tito Ortiz and Chuck lidell for the LHW championship belt.
Alvaro Barretto (8th degree red/black belt under carlos gracie) will also be here. Not sure when...his son trains w/ us so he will be here a couple times this year. (and maybe next year i'll be trainin down in Brazil)
Oh and of course Professor Pedro Sauer will be comin out.
The east coast is finally gettin some good people comin so we want to make a good show for these guys so they'll come out more.

I will try to get exact dates for some of these seminars.
oh yah...and these seminars are not free! (when Barretto comes out he usually takes over classes for a week or two and before he leave he'll do a seminar)

I went to a submission fighting school before I moved a month ago. I miss that stuff. All of the schools around here now are like TaeKwonDo and stuff.
