Anyone seen this company before?
This is the first that I've ever heard of them. If it's a repost, sue me.

there are plenty of other trusted honda builders that i would go to instead. Honda-Tech is filled with them

Yea, A good amount of people on clubrsx have used them and I was just looking at them for my k20a once we swap it in when I ran across their D series products. I figured you all might like to know.
I was just looking through the new DragSport mag and R&D Dyno is listed there as doing the head work on the cover car, 627hp, 2550 lbs, 10.38 @141 mph.

As I mentioned before, they did the CNC porting & valve job on my B16 head. Here is the flow sheet. FYI, a stock B16 intake flows about 256 CFM @ 0.500 lift and a stock b16 exhaust flows about 167CFM @ 0.500 lift.
Not quite. I'm using the Crane 253-0014.

On VTEC the max lift is 0.488" intake and 0.472" on the exhaust side.

Also, IMO, don't ever buy a PnP job without a flow bench sheet to back it up. Of course, flow is not everything, velocity is just as important. But if the shop didn't even flow it when they were done then I would steer clear. Even though mine was a CNC port job, and supposedly exactly like the master head, which had been flow tested and dyno tested, R&D still verified all my ports on the flow bench.
