I would predict the Leaf's die first given their average age is like 80.
These kind of things bring bad Karma to your team.....errrr...your goalie.

hey.....dont diss BELFOUR.....hes a Good damn goalie...OK!
You Sens give good war, but its ok!
so far the highlight of they games is Sundin pushing (forgot who) to the Ice and getting a penalty and smiling saying "you like that"
hehehe....I cried when that happened

This is about the most retarded hockey thread ever.
3 games into round 1 and one guy is planning a parade route and the other is screaming death to Ottawa.
Let's see who gets through the first round first.

We got 4 the first game. When they get one on Wednesday the floodgates will open up.
it's they way ottawa is taking their shots.
they should have watched tape from last year against philly. Ottawa might actually get a goal if they pressure belfour and rough him up a bit.
i still think this series is going 7games.

tell you all right now......... toronto vs. ottawa is the toughest series going on right now.
two good canadian teams going at it.
if ottawa can get the luck and style that the flames played tonight against the canucks.. we'll have a 2-2 series by the end of tm night.
..and did you any of you guys hear about Belfour rejecting an extention contract with the Leafs??
well, it doesnt matter to me... i said it from the start when belfour was in T.O. ....... we're not gonna win with him in goal for toronto.
this year, as my predictions from the start....... it's either colorado or detroit.
and for detroit to have a chance at all.. it's cujo who's gonna step up and prove to the wing's organization for ever doubting him.

That's how the 2nd and third game shoulda looked. Finally all the shots and scoring chances pay off a little. After the Hossa missed break away I was starting to get anxious..hehe.
they were in trouble to begin with.
but then again...... the question is, when....... if ever, will ottawa beat toronto, that's what it all boils down to.
and if you guys have realized... i believe all those times that ottawa lost, it was quinn coaching toronto and jacque martin coaching ottawa.
apparently, quinn only has a god damn system to beat ottawa......... wait wait, wtf am i talking aobut... toronto beating ottawa is only b/c the players play with heart... like how calgary played the other night and how the oilers usually play. that's why they always run out of gas after two rounds.
and apparently, j.martin has no system at all to beat the leafs........ they have all the skills in the world... but no system to beat an experienced Leaf's team.
detroit or colorado all the way still.
cujo to prove ppl wrong and why he should be #1 in detroit.
and aebischer to shine from patrick roy's retirement and prove that he's the new goalie to beat in the west.
brodeur still #1 in the east and prolly in the league still.

And here's a reason they haven't taken this series 4 straight. EAGLE!
Ottawa has a system and it's working fine.
