I can vouch for urbanimport... best service ever. I've been riding on the hayames for about 3 months now, ride really nice for how low i am. i'm at like 2.5" all around, best of all i dont bottom out at all.

Without preload, max drop is like 4" up front and 3.5" rear.

konis - just shocks with damper adjustment. need to cut stock shocks and need to buy springs/coilovers
hayame - both shock and spring. preload adjustment, height adjusment, direct replacement, nothing else needed.
