the biggest improvement your going to see is stiffer springs and tires...
after that its sway bars
than it would have to be the strut bars
tie bars dont really do too much.

springs and tires should be first and foremost...
then rear sway bar (rsx or progress sway/tie combo)
the front sway bar you don't really have to upgrade (01's come with 26mm i believe)... you can just upgrade the bushings if you want, but you don't want it to be too stiff in the front because you will have lots of understeer...
then you can get the front upper and rear upper bars (spoon front/rear = best... neuspeed front is good... cusco dc5 rear bar fits good too...)
and then, tie bars... they do help a lot ONLY IF you have upgraded the rear sway bar... the bigger the rear sway bar, the more the tie bar helps... they don't really do too much when they are by themselves with no sway bar or with the measly 13mm stock ex bar...
there is a spoon FRONT lower tie bar for 7thgens, but this thing hangs pretty low so its not good for lowered cars because they will get scraped all over the place... spoon also makes a rear lower tie bar that works good as well...
then there is also front x-braces.... neuspeed and tanabe makes these...
thats all the bars i can think of right now...
and you should be able to find all the spoon bars here: http://www.hondawerx.com/Spoon/bodyReinforcement.htm

After searching, I have found no undercarriage bars. So just sway and tower bars and you should be fine. Dont forget that coilovers/springs/upgraded struts also play a big part in handling.
