Do I actually need torque wrench to install neuspeed strut bar?
I got my neuspeed strut bar tonight and is says to reinstall the nuts and torque them to 33 ft. lbs. To I actually need to do that or can I just use a socket wrench and tighten them that way.

I have found that if you try to fudge those bolts back in by feel, you don't get them tight enough. I just cranked them back on when I put the bar in... no torque wrench.... and when I bought the wrench, I only had about 20 ft lbs on them. Just get the wrench.
For the occasional torque wrencher....

$19.99, works fine. I have one.

well I got the strut bar put on today. I could feel the difference once I drove it. The only thing is, and I know you are all going to think I am a loser for this, but I had a shop put it on because The bolts were so tight on there, they wouldnt budge. Even my friend couldnt get them to budge. It was free, but kinda pathetic. Well it was worth the buy.

Yup, there's a good difference. I'm surprised at the bolts, since mine were really easy to take off. Hardest part was getting the bar to fit on.
